We’re committed to making sure you love every step in your Lush Heels. If something isn’t quite right with your order, you can return eligible items and receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card, redeemable on our online store at your convenience.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
• You must submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact Us via email at support@lushheels.store or WhatsApp us at 0316-1620307 with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back to us. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
4. Once we receive and approve the returned item, your refund will be issued in the form of a Lush Heels Gift Card.
About Gift Card Refunds
• Refunds are provided as Lush Heels Gift Cards, which can be used for any future purchase.
